2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo - have slightly over 11,000 miles on car, less than a year old - loud clunking sound from suspension and handling is sloppy- sister has same vehicle with same problem. Dealer says sway bar bushings are defective and are on back order because of several vehicles with the same problem - if defective bushings were used in assembly - why no recall?
