I was a member after leaving a very costly fitness club were the dressing rooms were always clean and there was never a shortage of locker space. What a huge mistake by joining 24Hr., so I cancelled my membership (so I thought?) I just noticed my bank statement for the last 2 months and am still being charged!! The only answer I got from their customer service was so do you want to cancel it now? No refund, just a cancel from this point on. I feel the fees that have been stolen from my account is worth the price of negative advertisment. Lesson learned: You get what you pay for!
