An empty term meant to convey an emotionally laden concept without having to show that it is the same as racism. If it was racism then people would call it that, but it isn't, so people call it reverse racism so they can let everyone think that the government has now started to crack down on white males. The term itself implies Hey! We're the ones who are supposed to be racist! Anyway, everyone has these stories in which they just know that it was because the person was a minority that he/she got accepted or hired or whatever. Really I don't believe people have a damn clue what they're talking about and what considerations go into these decisions.
