Tidal Power

The tide moves a tremendous quantity of water each day around the world. The concept of Tidal Power as a fuel source revolves around harnessing this power via what's called Tidal Power Stations.

It would not be good as the power comes from the dams, which can alter nature's enviornment, but at least water power is recyclable. I can imagine, can we get such power from the oceans?
