I don't think it ranks as an item of national importance. .. but you are an uptight sexually frigid ass if you still care about sexual orientation in 2005. Gays are teaching your kids, working and running companies, and helping make the American machine run. Deal with it or get lost. . .there are plenty of places left in the world that persecute things like sexual orientation - like the Taliban, for instance. . .
