I think they hate blacks, except for the votes they depend on. Who were all the people calling Condoleeza Rice Aunt Jemima ? Who were all those calling Colin Powell (Colin Powell!) an Uncle Tom ? No, I don't think they hate white people.

03/20/2007		I, frankly, couldn't care less WHY they call them those names. It is shameful and no civil person should in any way condone it, particularly for political polarization purposes.

03/20/2007		They call Powell and Rice Uncle Tom and Aunt Jemima respectively because they are two characters perceived as selling out to the (dominant) whites while forgetting their own people. BTW, people of all political stripes have referred to severe taskmasters as Simon Legree(s) (the villainous slavedealer in Uncle Tom's Cabin).
