This may come as a shock to the exercise geeks, but you really don't have to become obsessed by exercise and huge amounts of physical activity to live a long life. My grandmother lived to be 102 and I sincerely doubt she ever entered a gym. I see the benefit in walking and some light weight training to tone up. But for the most part I think that the exercise craze is just another bill of goods we've been sold. Get into sports and running if it floats your boat but personally this kind of thing just bores me to tears and always has.
