I try to stress this to people why bash on the customer service reps I sit on the phone for nearly 12 hours a day trying my best to make the person on the phone happy... at the STORE you have to think like this .. that sales rep is working off of commission the customer service reps just get paid $9/hr so if you want to state that the inside sales reps suck thats fine but as far as customer service please rethink that
