The Angels began play in 1961 as the Los Angeles Angels before switching their name to the California Angels in 1965 and then to the Anaheim Angels in 1997. This AL West team plays its home games at Edison International Field of Anaheim in Anaheim, CA.

 


Jar-Jar Binks

Despite losing Troy Glaus and Troy Percival, they're still a contender. They've added speed with Steve Finley and Chone Figgins. I expect their offense on high octane this season with the likes of Guerrero, Anderson and Erstad. They're a good team.
