it protects the right to sodomy

LanceRoxas

Justice Kennedy in Lawrence V Texas asserts this new right by advancing the previous concept of privacy dreamt up in Griswold v Conn and expanded in Roe. This continual usurpation of power, deterioration of separation between the coordinate branches, and the unfortunate acceptance by The People has led to these magificent exercises in judicial depotism. It must be said that though anti-sodomy laws are ridiculous antiquated pieces of rarely used legislation there simply is no right to anal sex if the laws are equally applied. The proper avenue to strike poor legislation is at the election box or by lobbying government- surely not by dissolving the system itself to meet a desired ends.
