Randyman

Well, not 100% Mexican, but Mexican in it's origin and it's ingredients. The first chili was introduced in San Antonio, Texas by the Mexican Chili Queens that lined up on the streets to sell their food. It's evolved but has stayed true to it's humble beginings. It's considered western or cowboy food nowadays.
