This is selfish and inconveniences people who have a real disability. It is especially annoying when someone parks in a taxi rank. I may be doing my shopping and waiting for a taxi. Then some idiot parks in the taxi ranks to drop someone off or to deliver an item. This blocks the view of passing taxi's so they can't see me and think that there is already a taxi there. So they drive past. I miss my taxi and have to wait longer.
