Marvin is a great coach, but so long as he continues to ignore player personality problems and off the field issues, he's doomed to losing seasons.

I agree to an extent. The extent being that just because we don't here on espn that Marvin is or is not handling these players, does not mean he is or is not handling these players. He is very active in his duties so I choose to believe that he is handling his situations based on the circumstances.
