To me, Savage is a legend who's overly worked character overshadowed his wrestling work. He would have been better appreciated if there was less fanfare thrown onto his character and instead was given more 'clean' matches to showcase his wrestling talent. Young wrestling fans would think he's this funny talking clown with a husky voice going 'oohs' and 'aahs', you have to watch his early day matches to really appreciated how good Randy Savage really is.
