I've seen this commercial a few times. "Hi, I'm Digger. I'm a dermatophyte, you know a nanoinfection. All I wanna do is get in here and live under your naaaaaiiiiiil..." Then Digger (who's this yellow monster) lifts up someone's toenail, making a doorlike creaking sound, and squeeeeeeeeezes in, revealing a world resembling a dry cracked-earth desert. It's pretty gross.
