Dick Enberg's sports broadcasting experience includes serving as a play-by-play announcer for "The NFL on CBS," college basketball and the U.S. Open Tennis Championships. Enberg spent more than 30 years with NBC Sports, where his assignments included NFL football (33 seasons), the Super Bowl (eight times), the Rose Bowl (nine times), the Orange Bowl (six times), the Olympic Games (1972, 1988, 1992, 1996), the French Open (17 times), Wimbledon (20 times), the U.S. Open Golf Championship (five times), the Ryder Cup (three times), the American and National League Playoffs (three times), the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship (five times), the World Series (once), heavyweight boxing championships (three times), and the NBA Playoffs and the NBA All-Star Game.

Dr. Enberg is one of the all time greats. He is a joy to listen to during Wimbeldon. He is extremely knowledgable and at time humourous (gives John McEnroe a hard time when he choked against Lendl in the French Open Final).
