Dr. Ramono was one of the reasons I watched ER. Just his self-centered attitude and the way he ticked people of was fun to watch. I didn't really like him dying, but the way he died wasn't all that bad ( creative, just like when he got his hand chopped of by the helicopter blade). I gave it a 2 because I would have liked to see him stay on the show.
