Digitech GNX3 arrived yesterday and immediately began calling for customer support (I TALKED TO BILL TWICE..THERE IS ONLY ONE BILL IN TECH SUPPORT..HE NEEDS RE-TRAINING). Each and every tech was a typical rude computer geek and I unloaded on each of them (after I got my answers). Product comes with limited documentation and goose chases. I wouldn't recommend them anyone even use their restroom.
