This spice is the bomb!!! I use it on everything except sweets. It goes so well with everything. The main thing about garlic is if you are sauteeing it by itself over the heat do it fast over medium low heat and remove once you smell its unmistakable scent. Use it right away or else it produces a toxin by the name of botulism- the same stuff that botox is made from. Other than that, use your garlic often and don't worry about your breath. Just have plenty of mouthwash, minty toothpaste and floss around.
I think garlic was one of God's gifts to us. It's cheaper than gold but more valuable. Could you imagine life without marinara sauce, garlic bread or soup??? Oh no! (cry!)
