terrible.... the whole place is terrible..... you get to the campus and its so gloomy.... i agree with the last rating, the graveyard by the stadium tells you to stay away, the bear's not coming back...... my buddy pissed on the stadium when he left the AU-bamer game a few yrs ago (which probably raised the property value) you know, the one that we won there... oh wait, we won all of them there.... mix in a rowdy environment bamer!
