It's annoying-but I'm sure my parents weren't pleased with the slang of my own youth.Adopting such speech patterns is a young persons way of trying to fit in.As long as they aren't joining a gang,getting pregnant,or doing drugs I'd let them express themselves however they want-while at the same time encouraging them to develop their OWN unique identity.Kids need love and understanding-NOT someone forcing them into a pre-concieved mold.
