What a BS answer/remark! Take some godd--- responsibility. The main problems facing the African-American community (as a whole) are irresponsible breeding (70% of black children in America are born out of wedlock) and a lack of commitment to formal education (blacks, Latinos and American Indians have the lowest high school graduation rates).
The facts that someone has children they can't afford and are in no position to raise has no relationship to a practice that was eradicated in the States before anyone's great grandfather was born.
