WAY overrated, has no skill as a good singer what so ever, her acting is the same in every freaking movie (drama queen) and the only reason she is so 'popular' is because disney promotes the hell out of her and little kids think that oh Hilary Duff is so cool because disney says so. The only reason that i gave her a 2 insted of 1 is because shes hot, and whould probly make a better striper than actress/singer.
