I'm 18, I have only had one experiance where I was drunk enough to where I barely remember it. The experiance was fun and I might just do it again when possible. Did I drive? No. None of my friends are stupid enough to do that, nor was I in a environment where it was even needed. I was in my home and friends were among me.
Underage drinking does not need to stop. The laws set up in America are made by prude, conservative and bribed politicians who think they know what's best for everyone, when they are only making stringent laws to keep control. Look at other countrys that have way better alcohol related death ratios then us. Germany for example.
The only people who die to drinking, or underage drinking to that fact, are either a victim, or the one stupid enough to let it get out of control.
Stop underage drinking, sure. But only stop underage STUPID people from drinking.
