I like the list - it is a great idea and is an evergreen in terms of popularity, but the ratings are often nothing to go by, as it seems prone to swarms of postings from fan clubs. Joan Jett received a lot of coverage recently, and Chris De Burgh got an absolutely ridiculous number of rave reviews. I found out later that there was a hyperlink to the RIA list on his fan site.
