If the teacher is certified, well-qualified and respectable I doubt I would lose any sleep over it. It is worth noting, however, that many criticize those who may be a bit more uncomfortable with this scenario because of homophobia or the idea the child may catch gay (laughable I'll admit). By the same token, though, HeyKate mentioned an interesting point: if the childs teacher were openly Chrisitan many would assume he or she to be a bible thumping, red neck Bush supporter. And knowing RIA as I do, I'm sure a few people would not be as blantanly PC as their acting if that were the case. Myself, I think the quality of education should be the first concern.
