I don't mind it when it's a dire situation, like to help the Tsunami victims or giving aid to help Africa. That said, I do think we could cut back on certain foreign aid, especially to the countries that have shown they don't appreciate it anyway. Cut back on some foreign aid, and it would be far easier to balance the budget, lower the deficit, and provide money for things in our own country.
