JOB

Roxy Music was one of the most influential bands of the 70s - along with Bowie, providing the the generational link between the 60s and 80s. Their early and late creations are cited as groundbreaking and influential by whole scores of acts to follow -- Bowie himself, U2, Talking Heads, Duran Duran, The Cars, Radiohead, S and the Banshees, Psy Furs, Nirvana, Kraftwerk, Ryan Adams, ABC, The Smiths, The Cure and the list goes on. The band claims the most critically acclaimed debut ever, and the CD that produced the most offspring (literally, Avalon).
