The Amtrak website allows users to view schedules, make reservations, check routes and services, read news releases and sign up for e-mail alerts.

 


Kairho

The site is comprehensive and provides 99% of the needed information. Amtrak can be a lot of fun so long as you recognize it is more of a travel experience than quick transportation. Plan on delays. As to the staff, I have rarely had bad staffing experiences. At least no worse than airline flight attendants.
