I love italian food... BUT.... the thing is, that it doesn't have much variety. Everything looks red white and green! Most of it is bread with tomato sauce and some ground beef. Pizza as americans know it was actually invented in new york. In italy, it's just some bread with suce and a block of cheese on top, nothing special.
The taste of course, is excellent but I can't get over the fact that evrything on the menu is the same except for it's shape. Why are there so meny types of pastas when they really taste the same.
If you are looking for good food, go to spain or moroco. There you will find alot of variety.
