Roy Jones's "loss" to Si-Hun Park in the 1988 Seoul Olympics

3 out of 5 international judges scored the light middleweight match for the South Korean. Jones did not receive a gold medal, however, he was selected as the Outstanding Boxer at the Olympic Games in Seoul.

Were it not for the '72 Olympics basketball crime against humanity, this one would be the foremost example of Americans taking it in the shorts from members of other countries. Jones was clearly the winner. It wasn't even close (like most of his pro fights throughout his career). Nonetheless, these clowns who were acting as judges handed it to the hometown kid. The only thing that surprised me about this unfortunate incident, is that a subsequent investigation has not revealed that the French were behind the entire thing.
