She does seem to be very full of herself, but, unlike most of the people on this list, she does seem to have actual musical talent (and, unlike Britney, who looks like the progeny of a brother-sister marriage, she's quite pretty and sexy too). Arrogance is never an attractive quality in anyone, but at least if it's backed up by some genuine talent, it's somewhat more understandable than it is when displayed by most of the talentless, overblown nothings who comprise the majority of names on this list.
