11/04/2006 | Hi, Deersayer. I'm looking to buy an 1187 Premier to do about the same thing you're doing - deer and skeet. My original plan was to buy an 1187 canetleviered deer, then buy additional barrels for skeet and bird. But I was told the hump in the deer stock would compromise the sighting for skeet and bird so I should, instead, buy the basic Premier 1187 and then buy a canteleviered barrel later. The difference to me is that, if I must buy the cantelevierred barrel later, I'll probably miss this year's deer season. Not the end of the world, but I'd rather not. Do you know anythig about this?
