I love Maine and would like nothing better than to give it five stars. Portland and Acadia National Park gave me some of my best memories ever. That being said, the winters are brutal and the fact is more and more people just don't want to put up with them. The country has been moving south and west for over a half century and will continue to do so. This trend is aided and abetted by retro hard left blue state politics. Maine is doing its part by attempting to tax one of its most successful companies, Poland Springs out of business. Jobs are hard enough to come by in Maine but dogma must trump all.
