Tennessee Congressman, currently planning to run for Senate from Tennessee in '06 (trailing in early polls). Was a leader among Democratic hawks after 9-11 and lead up to Iraq, therefore he has disappeared from the national scene.

Won't happen. I don't think he could convince Southerners that he has some conservative traditional beliefs. Regardless of color, a liberal Southern Democrat can't win a general election for now.
