Organic Eggs are superior in taste and health value.They feed the hens organic grains,not foods full of pesticide.A healthier Hen produces a healthier egg.The Hens are also often free-range instead of being cooped up in a tiny box and treated like a machine.I'm all for cruelty-free food and happy to pay a little more-I consider it a "tithing" to a very good cause.
