It's true. No child needs their OWN ceel phone before high school. Personally, I don't see the point of people having cell phones DURING high school. What's the point? To call for a drive home on your free? Call to ask if you can stay late and do something? Those are ligitament reasons. But, calling your boyfriend/girlfriend to ask how much they missed you since last class is a waste of your time.
