Born in 1946, William Jefferson Clinton served as governor of the State of Arkansas from 1979-1981 and 1983-1993. A Democrat, Bill Clinton defeated incumbent President George Bush in 1992 and was re-elected in 1996.

He was slighlty better than average and he wins the award for the 20 years. He was probably the best Since President Truman. Do not consider Regan his buy now, pay later policy was way wrong.
