The only thing this proves is that by using the UN sanctions, enforcing the no-fly zones and ruffling Saddams feathers with the occasional tough-guy talk was all it took to disarm Saddam of WMD's. No war was required. You did hear the news, right? WMD's weren't found....Sounds like a Clintonian success to me...
