I have had no issues calling anyone or anywhere. Sure, quality is not the same as if you picked up the land-lined phone, but it is not far off. I make calls locally and internationally with no problems. When I call Czech Republic, it sounds the same as if she was across teh street. I very rarely have to reset my phone adapter, and when I do it is a result of crap service from Charter (yup, I have my opinion on them).
Best bang for your buck! No better way to screw Big Companies like Verizion like getting vonage! Hey, wanna call Canada? Come on over and use my phone, doesnt cost me a dime extra! ;)
