Drummond, I happen to care when Jesus was born, and I'm glad every Christmas for that fact, that Jesus was born on Christmas Day. BTW, the winter solstice is the 21st of December, not the 25th. If you're gonna cite something, get your facts straight. Also, all these people who make noise about Christmas being about the presents and Santa and commercial drivel need to turn off your TV more and settle in with your family for some quality time around a roaring fire, drinking hot chocolate and talking about the fun of Christmases past while enjoying the present. Christmas is as much about family time and giving as it is about receiving, and more so. We were given the best gift of all, and His birth seems to get lost in the hustle and bustle. Take time to slow down and savor all that Christmas can offer us.
