PETE TOWNSHEND certainly is deserving of the hall of fame for THE WHO. 5 Stars no question. But his solo material? It's not like he didn't fully express himself in THE WHO, or that THE WHO had a finite time of existence, after which he had an equally meaningful solo career (ala John Lennon) There's just too many deserving bands who aren't in ther once.
