Here's a stat Monsieur Rangel may wish to consider next time he so irresponsibly shoots off at the mouth: There are more poor and working-class "white" people in the U.S. than there are any other racial category. Whether tax cuts help or hurt any population segment is certainly a topic worth debating, provided honest, intelligent discourse is displayed on both sides. Unfortunately for Congressman Rangel's constituents, he has failed on both accounts.
