When I was a child, I always thought that Cocker's voice was pure passion and emotional energy. In fact, it really is rather overdone and he sounds exactly like Michael Bolton, so much so that one cannot hear much difference between them. The same goes for his music: even is more respected pre-1974 work really does sound rather overblown.

Your an imbecile. You have no tone recognition. Joe Cocker has his own unique sound. He is still a Rock icon, can't say that for I'm trying to take a crap when I sing Bolton.
