Terrible customer service and bad experience with one of their watches. The watch was under warranty and they still came up with a reason to charge me a significant amount of money then it still stopped working. It turned out to be something simple after about being in and out of the shop for almost 6 months.
My key complaints about this store are the poor communication and the poor customer service that I received. I thought it ridiculous that I had to keep calling to check on the status of my watch, especially when it was at the store for months. I felt the quality of record keeping and history on this watch was poor, as each time I brought it in, I had to explain the history all over again. I was shocked that I was coerced into paying for portion of a repair that I never authorized and then didn’t even solve the problem. And I was even more alarmed at the inconsiderate brush off I received from the manager, who was more interested in attending to her other customers.

Since this matter has not been resolved to my satisfaction, I plan to never shop at this store again and tell all my co-workers, friends, and family about my dissatisfaction, and encourage them to take their business to other jewelers where they will get better customer service.
