Updating for all the confusion. Really guys, if you just read the posts, you won't be confused!
In some states you're breaking the law if you are single and you have sex with another person. Period. Doesn't matter if the partner is an adult, of opposite gender, alive, completely willing, or otherwise. You have to be married to have sex, or it's a crime.
Georgia for instance punishes premarital sex with a fine of up to $1000.00 and a year in the slammer.
And to make matters more ridiculous, several states have laws making it a crime for unmarried couples to live together if they're having sex on a regular basis. Apparently, it's okay if you only have sex every once in a while.
