If you haven't paid the minimum balance (that's your furthest past due bill, the current charges), by the deadline - that's when you go to a collection agency. You can't just send whatever you want in for payment, you have to pay the BALANCE of current charges on your bill. If you fail to do so then unfortunately CellularOne cannot continue to keep your account "Active" and bill past 90 days and they are forced to send you to collections. It's not like they didn't send letters, bills, and call you prior to going to collections. You knew the deadline, right? Also, most people who work for CellularOne are not rude. That's a general statement. If you gave examples of WHO was rude to you, it'd be a more helpful opinion. Thanks.
