My mom lived here till she was 8, thanks for the memories GTH!Also Leonard Nimoy grew up here. It was a very diverse neighborhood, especially for the time- Italians, Jews, Blacks, French Canadians, Eastern Europeans, Irish, English, Syrians, everything...good details below, genghis knows his history.
