unanimous consent (black-ball method)

Self explanatory. Used in many parliamentary bodies for routine measures.

Many parliamentary bodies use this form of voting for routine matters and private societies have often used it. The liberum veto was used in the Polish Parliament in the 17th and18th Century, and if one noble objected, the matter was defeated. This eventually led to the destruction of the Polish State in the late 18th Century.
