Enterprise 1

Enterprise is BIG on appearances. They are VERY friendly and appear to be customer oriented. That is the exact opposite of the fact. They want to make you THINK that the customer is #1, but the fact is, as with most companies, the $$$$$ is #1. They will scam you any way they can, and smile at you the entire time. Yes, they are VERY good at finding the little dents and dings when you return the car. And if you didn't opt for their VERY expensive damage waivers ( usually over $30 a day in addition to the rental rate ), you are about to be out MAJOR bucks. Beware...the locations away from the major airports seldom have the car you want in stock. Even if you reserve the car in advance, don't count on it actually being there when you go to pick it up. Be prepared to be "upsold" when you arrive.

So what if we look over a $20,000 car for damage. Wouldn't you if you lent your car to a complete stranger? We only charge you if the damage is bigger than an orange and is significant. Maybe you should accept the fact its possible an idiot hit your car when you weren't around the car...that's a thought. Damn right were going to offer you an "upsell" because most people love to be given options. Usually when you do these upsells their killer deals bc yes we may not have you neon but were willing to put you into something nicer for a little more or find something a step up for FREE. 80 percent of our customers are given free upgrades on the chance we may not have that neon available. So what's wrong with getting a free upgrade?
